The Sant’Omero Renewable Energy Community was created to bring citizens, businesses and the municipal administration together in a local shared-energy project.

What is the Sant’Omero Energy Community?
The Sant’Omero Energy Community is a Renewable Energy Community developed across the municipality to support the generation and sharing of energy from renewable sources.
The project brings together the community and the municipal administration with the aim of reducing energy costs, increasing renewable energy generation and creating new value for the local area.
The Energy Community is part of Newton’s national network, which supports its activation, management and continuity over time.
