An established operational structure
Newton provides an established national cooperative structure, enabling a Renewable Energy Community to be activated without having to create a new legal entity each time.
Governance, tools and expertise are already in place: this simplifies the launch of the Energy Community and provides a stable foundation for developing new energy projects and opportunities for the local area over time.

Tailored design
Newton starts by analysing the local area to build an Energy Community that is technically, economically and organisationally sustainable.
We assess energy potential, consumption, available surfaces and the involvement of different stakeholders, defining scenarios, investments and expected benefits.
Designing the Energy Community therefore also becomes the first step towards identifying new energy opportunities to be developed over time.

Activation and launch
Newton supports the Energy Community from design through to full operation, managing the requirements needed to turn the project into an active community.
We coordinate procedures, registrations, relations with the GSE and the documentation required to access the relevant mechanisms, reducing administrative complexity for participants.
Once activated, the Energy Community is ready to share energy, generate benefits and become a foundation for new opportunities across the local area.
